Annual Attorney Registration Action required from all Attorneys by July 1, 2023 to retain filing priviledges.
In order to remain in active status within the District of Utah for the period of 2023-2024, attorneys are required to register with and submit a $30 annual registration fee to the U.S. District Court, District of Utah. This process must be completed between the dates of June 1, 2023, and July 1, 2023.
Online registration is mandatory for all Attorneys who practice in either the District Court and/or Bankruptcy Court, although the annual fee is waived for Federal Attorneys, as defined in DUCivR 83-1.1(b)(1).

Under General Order 23-006 of the District Court, active and federal attorneys who fail to register by July 1, 2023, will be unable to electronically file documents in this court as of July 2, 2023. In addition, their membership status will be changed to "registration lapsed," and they will need to pay a reinstatement fee of $75.00 to reactivate their membership
